Warns In the Guild

OK, first of all, I've had it with nabs coming to raids with PvP Spec when they are told to come with PvE so they to screw up the raid... Also I'm tired of idiots who pull bosses and mobs when they are not suppose to so here is what is going to happen:

People will receive warns (1, or 2, or 3 depending on what they have done).

For doing one thing that you are not suppose to, you will receive 1 warn which is only warn for the moment. IF you get 2nd warn you will be demoted by 1 rank. FOR the 3rd warn you will be instantly KICKED, BYE BYE, out of the guild!!!

Here are the people who have received 1 warns for coming to raids with PvE spec:

Elfx 1/3 ATM

Irenifa 1/3 ATM (Warriors should be full fury spec when they are in raids and not some Hybrid Arms/Fury warrior)

Delxen got 2/3 cause he pulled Brutallus for no reason and he got his demote already! (No proof cause I didn't manage to get it in time, but everyone who were there know that it happened))

Iceyballz got 1/3 For pulling an add in front of Kil'jaeden (No proof cause I didn't manage to get it in time, but everyone who were there know that it happened)

BTW sry the SS are too big, it's not my fault that I have an 16:9 widescreen monitor ... well it is, I chose the monitor , but who cares HAHA

Kriskowe has been kicked out of the guild by Jjb for screwing up the BT raid and getting 3rd warn!!!

Oh well.. he didn't really screw it.. Just forgot to buy reagents for cb rb. But that was enough for 3/3 ! ;D.

In my opinion, such behaviour should not be allowed. This is totally disrespectfull towards the guilds.
Threating the guild with these kind of childish stuff is just totally lame.

1st of all I don't have a Facebook acc cause I personally think it's full of crap that web site

2nd this is the wrong topic for these SS

and 3rd I can only see a warrior and Illidan in those SS and there is no shaman...
