Guild Flash Logo

OK, I'm looking for someone who could make a guild logo in Adobe Flash or Adobe After Effect that lats for about 10s.

It should say something like this:

In the first 3-4s should pop <League of Heroes>

And 2s after it The Legend Will Never Die beneath <League of Heroes>

And in the final few seconds flash and stop.

Ofc it should have Some 10s custom made music.

Here are the few examples of Ubisoft (the Company that makes THE BEST GAMES (I'm not thinking about MMORPG though they are releasing one soon) and IDC what you guys are thinking, it is the best gaming company, it even made a movie (Assassin's Creed Lineage)):
